We offer a carefully curated and highly unique luxury wellness and adventure experience. We invite you to step outside of the daily busy-doing and indulge in a full sensory experience with us .Take a big leap into exploring and cultivating presence in the wild and beautiful land of Southeast Alaska.
Experience the breathtaking beauty of Sitka, Alaska as you reconnect with nature at our women's retreat. Hike through majestic mountains, kayak along rugged coastlines, and marvel at the wild life around the awe-inspiring scenery around every corner. Let the tranquility of the Tongass National Forest awaken your senses and refresh your spirit.
We believe movement and using our bodies in nature is a doorway to mindful living. Each day we will offer and opportunity for a morning meditation, and a yoga practice. We will lead you through a variety of mindful movement practices including Hatha Vinyasa, Yin and Mat pilates. We will hike, kayak from our own private dock and spend a lot of time outdoors graciously exploring the land of the Tlingít Aanní. It is important to us to prioritize time for rest & digest with sound healing offering from Natalie, as well restorative and Yin yoga practices lead by two professional instructors. Along with opportunities for introspect through intentional and creative writing prompts, art, and open conversations.

Sitka, Alaska is located in one of the few temperate rainforests in the world. The Tongass National Forest spreads over 17 million acres. We will venture into the dense woods to glimpse grizzly bears, bald eagles, wild salmon and an array of plants only found here. The Tongass National Forest surrounds Sitka on three sides with the Pacific Ocean on the fourth. Sitka has a beautiful and maintained trail system which begins with a 10 minute walk from downtown Sitka that will put you on the fringe of true wilderness.
One of Sitka, Alaska’s unique qualities is it’s natural beauty and how that is artistically expressed. The Community is alive with arts, culture and celebrations all year round. We will have ample time to visit the local museums, science centers and local shops.

Sitka is located on Baranof Island, on the outer coast of Alaska’s Inside Passage. Like most Southeast Alaska communities, Sitka is accessible only by air and by sea.
Alaska Airlines schedules daily jet service that links Sitka with Seattle, Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau and Ketchikan. Delta Airlines offers summer seasonal jet service into Sitka as well. |

Escape to our private cabin in the woods, a secluded retreat nestled amidst the tranquility of the Alaska Wilderness. With panoramic views offering spectacular vistas of the surrounding landscape and pristine waters, you will feel truly immersed in nature's beauty. Enjoy exclusive access to the serene private beach , where you can relax or partake in water activities at your leisure. After a day of adventure, unwind in the luxurious hot tub under the open sky, or gather around the beautiful fire pit for stories and warmth. Surrounded by the Sitka Spruce tress and abundant wildlife on 4 acres of waterfront property, including bald eagles soaring overhead, every moment is a chance to connect with nature. The front porch offers idyllic views and perfect location for our yoga practice, this cabin will be your sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation and ,inner peace

We will be offering food as medicine, whether its to give energy, help ground, or awaken your senses. We are proud to offer a menu filled with highly nutritious, 100% organic whole food meals lovingly prepared by our chef. From succulent fresh wild caught Alaska seafood caught by Thais and her partner, to farm fresh produce, each dish is a celebration of the flavors of the region.
Our chef will be preparing beautiful meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will have daily snacks, herbal teas and coffee. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc there will be options for you to make sure you are deeply nourished.
