We invite you to join us in paradise for a week of yoga while sailing aboard a stunning catamaran! Two young loving friends that live with the sun and play by the moon will be your hosts. On a journey to share their passion for adventure, their hunger for learning and pushing one another to be fully present throughout this beautiful life. They live connected to the elements, two experienced waterwomen, yogis, nutrition enthusiasts and adventure seekers want to share their knowledge and the beauty surrounding them with you.

This retreat is an opportunity to reconnect with your inner strength. Through daily yoga and meditation, you will explore your edge, move through mental blocks, and deepen your confidence. ACCOMMODATIONS:
A 49’ catamaran, will be our tranquil home for the week. She has four guests cabins with plush full size bed and full bathrooms. You may choose a private cabin all to yourself or a shared cabin. If you choose to share a cabin we recommend you find a close friend or partner to join you. Otherwise, you will be sharing a bed and bathroom with new friends which can be fun too! The boat comes equipped with a full kitchen where your host and captain will prepare nourishing all vegetarian meals made with fresh local ingredients!
MEALS:
Breakfast – A healthy breakfast will be provided (coffee, fruit, smoothies, granola, acai bowls, eggs, etc). The catamaran will be stocked with breakfast foods and snacks, so please let us know if you have any preferences.
Lunch – We will mix it up by having lunch on board while we are in remote locations and while on land we will visit a variety of restaurants throughout the week so you can experience the local flavor. There are many options including vegetarian and gluten-free! The boat will be stocked with fruit, and snacks for the mid-day munchies.
Dinner – For dinner we will host 3-4 dinners on board and 1-3 in local restaurants. Dinners will consist of freshly prepared vegetarian meals, including Savannah’s special vegan desserts!

ADVENTURES:
We offer a carefully curated and highly unique wellness and adventure charter. We invite you to join us for a week of exploration aboard a luxury, comfortable catamaran. Each day we will offer an opportunity for a morning meditation, and a yoga class to take place on the deck of our boat or on the sand of a beautiful nearby island. Yoga classes will consist of various styles; Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Stand Up paddleboard, partner yoga, and maybe a few Pilates classes!
*Sailing: We will be sailing from island to island finding the prettiest beaches, and searching for treasures. Our captain will happily put you to work and teach you the basics of sailing
*Snorkeling: Catamaran is equipped with snorkeling gear for everyone to enjoy the pristine coral reefs thriving with tropical fish, turtles, rays and more! We will always make time to hop in the water for a snorkel at every island stop.
*Yoga: Daily yoga sessions! Often in the morning to start our day off right! Thais and Savanah will take turns leading multidimensional classes on board Catamaran, on the beach, and even on the paddle boards! In addition to yoga we will practice meditation and pranayama!
*Hiking: We love to hike! The Grenadines are plentiful with mountains and incredible views!
*Paddleboarding:Catamaran is equipped with paddleboards for magical ocean adventures and SUP yoga!
*Snorkeling: Catamaran is equipped with snorkeling gear for everyone to enjoy the pristine coral reefs thriving with tropical fish, turtles, rays and more! We will always make time to hop in the water for a snorkel at every island stop.

Meet your Host, Crew, and Captain:
Thais Taylor
Yoga instructor & Captain
Thais finds herself at her highest self when surrounded by nature and the elements. Her respect and admiration for the natural wonders of this earth have inspired her path as wellness and self preservation advocate. 500 RYT, SUP Yoga, Kids yoga, Mat pilates and a 100 ton Master US Coast Guard certified captain license.
Thais’ adventurous spirit has lead her to visit and explore many countries and unique places around the world. A mermaid at heart, native to the islands, she finds herself at home in the Caribbean. She has been practicing yoga for over 17 years and teaching for the last 11 years. She has worked in many varieties of places, including yachts, elite private islands, resorts, elementary schools and her local community studios. In 2014 Thais received her 200hr yoga teacher training from Pavones Yoga Center and her SUP yoga teacher certification from Paddle Into Fitness. It was this year that she began to teach Stand Up Padddle board Yoga and started her company, Solshine SUP Yoga. Combining a playful blend of challenging poses with deep relaxing stretches at the end of her paddles.
Her travel have been key ingredients to her learnings, collecting memories, finding ways to adapt to the challenges that come from entering new environments while finding a thrill in absorbing each experience she is faced with. Thais finds motivation to dive deep into the layers that compose the self and share her knowledge and passion with her clients.Her latest intentions have been focused on organizing and hosting international Yoga & Wellness retreats. She finds joy and excitement in sharing her love for traveling, adventure and yoga with her students. Her objective for these retreats is to take her clients to beautiful places where they can enjoy a pause from their busy lives, she guides them to reconnect and awaken to their senses while cultivating presence through the practice of yoga, sailing and exploring new places.
When not on the water paddling, surfing, or windsurfing, you may find Thais kneeling in her organic garden, hiking wonder-filled trails, cooking vegetarian feasts, conversing with dear friends or cuddling with her ridiculously handsome kitties, Dynamite and Timba. At other times, Thais can be found ruminating markets, towns, and other oceans wherever she is inspired to travel.

Savannah Ponticelli
Captain,Yoga and Kitesurfing Instructor
Savannah is a 300hr E-RYT yoga teacher, sound healer, Qi-gong facilitator, river guide, and licensed 100-ton Master Captain
An outdoor enthusiast with a deep connection to the water, Savannah lives aboard a sailboat with her partner and two children, currently exploring the lower Caribbean. Her family embraces a life of adventure, pausing their sailing journey for meaningful experiences, new explorations, and time with loved ones.
Her yoga journey began in India, and has since evolved across the globe, weaving in practices of qi-gong, sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and holistic nutrition. Beyond her personal practice, Savannah has a heartfelt passion for sharing these tools with others — guiding people toward balance, connection, and joy, both on land and at sea.
Savannah brings a very playful energy into her practice. Her lovely blend of strength and grace will have you feeling equally empowered, recharged, and relaxed. She is eager to meet you and to share her love of sailing and yoga in this peaceful and unique paradise. Oh and lets not forget, she makes the best vegan desserts!

This Virgin Islands sailing yoga retreat was pure perfection. Thais and Savannah were incredible hosts and crafted the perfect itinerary. You can tell how much love and care they put into every single detail of the trip. There was something for everyone, from beautiful nature hikes and snorkling/swimming to peaceful sailing and daily yoga/meditations. They even worked in special moments like a bonfire on the beach and group drinks at the local swim up bar for those who wanted to go. The food was absolutely incredible on board, Thais and Savannah truly do it all. Every meal was not only delicious and healthy but beautifully presented. The yoga classes were varied and for any level, from paddleboard yoga to restorative and I loved experiencing them all. There is truly nothing like yoga under the night stars, while on the water, among the beautiful, peaceful landscape. I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful this retreat was and how I came home feeling mind/body/soul nourished. I'm already looking forward to being on another one they organize in the future. If you're thinking of booking one of their retreats, don't think twice and take that time for yourself.
