Gentle Flow : A gentle SUP yoga class, with a slow flow comprised of restorative poses, focusing on using the breath and proper alignment.

Salty Flow: A playful yet challenging SUP vinyasa flow class with inversions and arm balances.

Core Flow: Fitness class comprised of Pilates and yoga poses targeting the abdominal section for a stronger and healthier core.

Yin Yoga: A Yin class is design to work with cold muscles allowing the stretch to go deeper into the connective tissue. These classes are comprised of a sequence of poses mostly targeting the hips

SUP Rentals and Tours

We are thrilled to be partnered with our local Dive and Watersports company Busy Bee, to provide paddleboard rentals and customized tours.
You can rent a stand up paddleboard for the half day, full day or weekly. All equipment is located at Busy Bee Dive center located at Town & Country Building across the street from Skinny legs in Coral Bay.

Specialty Tours:

Paddle to the Lime out!
This 3 hour tour starts at Haulover Bay on the East End, a beautiful and serene bay with healthy reef surrounding the shore line. A leisurely paddle to the Lime Out takes approximately 20 minutes depending on the weather conditions. One our way to the Lime Out we will paddle along the shore line with an option to hop in the water for a snorkel. Once we arrive we will have lunch, spend a couple of hours limin’ at the coolest floating Taco boat you will ever experience!

Join us for a 4-hour tour of the stunning and quiet Hurricane Hole National Monument. We will paddle around the different inlets that make up the National Monument. Your guide will educate you on the vast history of East End of St John.
We will take two snorkel stops to explore the marine ecology of this calm waters.
Hurricane Hole has very calm waters with lots of beautiful, shallow snorkeling spot with mangroves circling the shoreline. Swimming close to shore and looping around the inlet you can see this beautiful fish nursery among the mangrove roots. In the shallow waters of Brock Creek, you can experience the sighting of starfish!
This is a great tour for beginner paddles and experts alike.

This is the best way to explore the quiet waters at sea and experience the most beautiful night sky! Your guide will provide information on the stars and planets filling the night sky! Paddle up wind at sundown and drift down the bay while stargazing!

Let us be your yoga & hiking guide! We can customize a half or full day adventure where we will hike one of our wonderful national park trails and experiencing a yoga class in the presence of nature.

QUESTIONS & INFO:
What to wear & bring?
We provide all equipment, board, paddle and leashes, life jackets are provided upon request. You will want to wear comfortable clothing that is breathable and allows you to move in. Clothing that can get wet, we suggest active or quick drying fabrics would be best for your comfort! We highly suggest covering up from the elements, wearing a hat, long sleeve shirts and lots of sunscreen! Bringing a water bottle, towel and a change of clothes! Please do not bring any electronics to class, no cellphones, or cameras. We will take photos to share with you!
Temperature of water? Will I get wet?
Very high chance you will get wet! Water will roll over the board onto the deck and your hands and feet will be wet specially during class. We will also practice a variety of postures laying on our back or stomach which will get you a bit wet!. There is a higher chance of falling in during our more active classes, as there are more challenging balancing postures. The Caribbean water temperatures range from 75 during the winter to 85 during the summers. It is always refreshing and rejuvenating to take a swim!
Do I have to know how to swim?
Yes. If you fall of your board you need to be able to swim to your board and get back on.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. Age limit is 16 years old. If you are interested in a children class please contact us for rates!
What if I have my own gear?
Discounted class offered if you bring your own board and paddle!

Classes will be canceled in advance due to inclement weather such as strong wind, rain storm, thunderstorms or winter ground swell. When a class is canceled due to weather, we will credit you for another class at a later date. If you have any questions regarding our classes please shoot us an email. We are happy to hear from you!
